Decent location and decent service

Amazing customer service. The workers were very friendly, and they accommodated to all of our needs.

Rented with the intention of the pool for the kids. Upon arrival the pool was not working even though I confirmed when booking. Room was ran down and didn’t feel clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Manager was not friendly.

Room is in definite need of improvements. Mainly bathroom.

Check in was fun. Problem with key maker, so after entering a room that was already occupied, got a different room. No microwave, not very clean. There was left over food from last occupant. I believe it was a handicap room. I did not request. Room and hotel was very outdated

I reserved a king and got a double.

Staff was amazing and nice. Other guests however were not amazing or nice. The walls are super thin and noise was ridiculously loud and kept the kids up which in return caused a cranky two yr old. Personally will not stay again at this location if it can be avoided but for the price for those passing through it’s not terrible.

Room & amenities are very good, comfortable furnishings, clean bathroom with good towels.

The tv was unplugged and didn’t work after it was plugged in. The tv remote was likewise broken. The clock was unplugged and broken. There was a strange banging noise coming from the wall or ceiling during the night that evidently stopped. Sounded like a broken refigerator next door or in the room above. The night clerk was friendly enough. The day clerk not so much. She was very unprofessional and rude. She made no attempt to apologize for our inconvenience. Will never stay here again.
