The place is filthy, homeless people wandering in to get drinks. Under construction with construction stuff everywhere. Staff unfriendly with exception of Dy on night shift. Housekeeping does not exist. They should be embarrassed to rent rooms

Room was not clean at all- obviously old ROSE PETALS (gross) on the floor all by the door and bed, nothing looked vacuumed, stains all over curtains, couch and big stains on the bed and sheets. Overall did not feel clean and would not stay again.

Great location with easy access and parking. Staff were very friendly. Clean spacious room and excellent breakfast.
Was great to walk to the Blue Taco (which shares the same lot) for a delicious mexican dinner and no driving so could enjoy the margaritas!!

I was here on business. The room had mold on the ceiling in the shower. No hot water the first morning-boiler room problem was hotel wide. The carpets had stains all over in various places throughout the room. No pool (under construction) had to go to an athletic center to use pool etc. if i wanted to have that experience.

MAJOR SECURITY ISSUES FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY OF BANKING INFORMATION!!!!!
I tried to write a nice review because the majority of employees we have interacted with were nice and we understood that renovations were being made. The major reason we chose this hotel is because we had a frozen water line and there was not a $100 incidental like most other hotels.
That all changed the 20th! We had booked a stay on the 15th for one night then booked Jan 16th - 18th and then added an additional day on the 19th and 20th. The only information provided upon check in was ID in which a hard copy was made and our license plate number. On the 16th and 19th the only thing done was reactivation of our keys no other paperwork.
On the 20th we booked another night again all we did was reactivation of our key cards (my husband in the a.m. and me in the afternoon.
Approximately 7-7:30pm two men checking in were provided keys cards to my room in which I was alone and half asleep. Normally I would have the door locked but I knew my husband was headed back to me and I was not feeling well.... so yes, I was partially to blame in this as I am normally more security minded.
When I went down to the front desk the hotel employee apologized and said she did not know we were staying another night because the previous

Room was clean and roomy. Bed was average, not bad. Breakfast was good nice hot items.
Disappointed with check in staff. Young lady did know what a wake call was.
She also did not know why she needed a copy of my credit card.
