Convenient to Renfro Valley entertainment venue

The hotel was sufficient for our needs the room needed more shampoo and conditioner s d the hairdryer was useless The breakfast was not very good and needs fresh fruit but the room we were able to use for a reception and that was nice

Clean but a little worse for the wear.

Will stay here every time we come to a concert at Renfro Valley. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

We love to stay here it’s very convenient close to the New Barn where we often go for concerts. The room was clean just needed to be freshened up which I always bring my own air freshener. Breakfast was good they had a variety. We’ve stayed many times and never had a bad experience. I’m sure we’ll be back soon. Give it a try!

Our Diamond Tour Group stayed here for one night enroute to destination and one night on the way bac home. We had Room #130 1. Bathroom door does not shut 2. Popcorn ceiling falling into tub 3. Spider in bathroom at night. Dead and torn apart in morning 4. Black hair on bathroom floor and in toilet 5. Bedsheet had mildew stains 6. Top bedding was dirty If management sees this I’m sure they will say thanks for letting us know or something like this. Probably no comp or refund. I complained to the tour group leader but not her fault. It’s diamond Tours fault for continuing using this hotel and the hotel manager and employees for not assuring quality. They obviously don’t do room checks after these so called housekeeping employees clean a room because if they did this not would have happened.
