Although the staff was very pleasant, we did not enjoy our stay. We booked for 3 nights but left after the first night. And have not been reimbursed yet. During the middle of the night, a mouse woke me up going through the trash. When i finally was about to go back to sleep, i rolled over and the mouse was on the table by my head. Needless to say i had very little sleep that night.

Not fancy, but clean, and an unbeatable price. When our B&B reservation turned out to be bunk, and we couldn’t find a room within an hour of Springfield, the Cactus Inn was there for us. It’s well taken care of and the staff was great. Walls are a little thin, we could hear the guy next door coughing all night, and the AC was loud but it was plenty cold. All in all, it was a good stay that saved a disaster vacation at the last minute. Thank you Cactus Inn!

Very clean & staff was exceptionally kind. It’s an older establishment for sure but it was perfect for the night. Plenty of outlets to charge up, hot hight pressure shower, clean bed & bath, good coffee & waffles. Fridge in room with freezer & coffee. Plenty of food & walmart close by.
