Thank you for an excellent stay. Only one suggestion - if you would dedicate a hot water pot and never use it for coffee, the breakfast hot water won’t taste of coffee for us tea drinkers who don’t like coffee.

Stopped in late for one night on the way to Sun Valley. I flew into Boise late and was looking for a stop along the way to knock out some of the drive. The Hampton Inn Mountain Home satisfied the need with clean rooms. I did not interact with anyone as I utilized mobile check in and went straight to my room. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. Just perfect for a short night.

The hotel room had a couple of issues with the microwave not working properly; my food did not warm up. The toilet made a loud noise when flushed. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and I love the toiletry products--shampoo & conditioner made my hair very soft and smells very good. Same with the lotion and body wash, it smells really good. I also like the fact that the room had multiple outlets for plugging electronics. The hot breakfast was delicious as well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

No upgrades for Loyal Hilton members, they want to charge me extra $10 bucks for King size bed! I have stayed 200 nights a year at Hilton world wide and across the the US. And I know when hotels will give an upgrade or not, all I hear from their boss is EXTRA CHARGE! And then rooms are all sold out when I asked about complimentary upgrade. Oh well! This hotel is disappointment, I have to ask about breakfast, and gum, no one showed where elevator is! Service is abysmal.
