We rarely stay at this chain since we are Marriott people but that was not an option in MH so we tried this brand. The front desk people were friendly and switched us to a first floor room which was nice since there is no elevator. The room itself was nice and well decorated for this level of chain hotel with super tall ceilings. We did like the larger "dorm" refrigerator. The bathroom though was a bit worn and the supplies/towels a bit cheap. Also the curtains let in a lot of light - it almost felt like there were spotlights shining on the windows all night. Also only one of us could get on their wifi. The front desk tried to help and suggested they needed to upgrade their booster to get to the end of the hall where we were located. That was disappointing. The breakfast was typical for this level of accommodation which worked for us. If you need to get going early on weekdays it starts at 5am! Overall are stay was good not great.

We arrived in the midst of Winter Storm Heather and found this place to be warm, comfortable and they had a very friendly staff.

Breakfast was terrible and beds weren’t queen size as stated. They charged my card without telling me over a mistake. I called and they were very rude about it.

Very efficient check in. Felt very safe as a single female. Clerk upgraded me to a business suite on an inside hallway. Room was spotless, breakfast was good, and staff was great. Convenient to hospital.

The staff are the nicest people. We will be back in summer to stay again. I even had the manager call me as I left my pajamas in the room after check out. Doesn’t happen in many hotels that. Thankyou for the stay and the most important thing in life Thankyou for you honesty and time to call me so I could come back for my belongings.
