Very friendly! Mom & Pop outfit. Affordable! Remembered me from the last stay I had. A real "gem" of a hotel right here in Mountain Home! I will definitely be back

We ended up staying in the Motel 8 which is the sister motel.
Very well equipped Motel and very clean.
Very professional and friendly hotel reception.
Excellent choice for Breakfast and coffee.
Would recommend to anyone travelling to the area.

This is probably not a place your wife would feel comfortable in, but it was OK for a cheap one night stay. The cops were in at least once on the other side but didn't notice any rough stuff. Slept well and it was pretty quiet, so no complaints.

For the price, I can't really complain. The staff was very friendly and it's located near tons of food and shopping. There were only 2 real issues with our room...the toilet was broken (couldn't flush, had to pull the flapper inside the tank) and there were beard trimmings on the sink. Other than that, the room was clean and fairly comfortable. The furniture could use a few upgrades, but as I said...you get what you pay for.

Many permanent residencies stay here.. felt unsafe as they were lingering around outside watching you unload. Bed was so uncomfortable didnt sleep at all.. low water pressure in shower. Light outside room was so bright curtains didnt keep the room dark. A/c worked good.

Pricing was reasonable but need to do some upkeep maintenance on facilities. Also lousy internet and tv.
