We have stayed at this location over the years and we have never had an issue. The main highlight of our stays is Carlo. Recently we ran into a little personal snafu and upon hearing our troubles Carlo was kind enough to take care of us at the bar and brighten our afternoon. On a note about the hotel itself, the bathrooms could use an update/refresh. Our tub did back up a bit and the toilet ran all night (the handle was stuck). Beds are comfy and it was very clear.
