It's just off the S101 Expressway, a 10-minute drive from Apple's headquarters, and the surrounding fast food and supermarkets are very convenient. The hotel's semi-self-service check-in means you are just talking to a machine. At the beginning, I was actually given a room that the girl had not checked out yet, which shocked both me and the girl. Breakfast is not average, it is better to go out and find a fast food restaurant to eat. There are many Chinese people around.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is many, many yards from parking so had to make several long walking trips to bring in luggage. Covid so no coffee in lobby, no complimentary hors d'oeuvres or wine, no free breakfast, only two little coffee packets in the room, no hot tea. Went to desk at least five times asking for more coffee. Would only give two at a time. Would not give us clean cups to use for our coffee. Very unsanitary since it's a Keurig coffee maker so I used a water cup to fill up the Keurig that was unused. I hope the previous people did that to. The bed was big but hard as a rock the pillows were flat as the pancake. But it was a beautiful room it looked really good. We won't be going back.

Great value. I'd like to see a few more items in the breakfast buffet. Kitchenette is also great! Underground parking has a 9 pm curfew for entry -- would have appreciated 10 PM.
TV service is poor -- pretty much over-the-air channels. Would appreciate the ability to stream anything on my phone to TV.
