UUnitedSkiesHuge Hotel with many sports facilities. Spa area large and well equipped. Very high quality stay with some minor quirks. For instance, no refrigirator in room, no where to store food, drinks or medication. No conditioner in Shower.

EEUNJOOA fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful.
There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip.
The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table.
They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good.
The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note..

WweirdruiCheck in close by 6 or 7.30pm so do let the hotel know of you are arriving after that, they will make alternative arrangements for you to collect the key. There is a coffee machine (free coffee) in the lobby. Only toothbrush is not provided. There is a kitchenette in the room. Cleaning is done every 4 days.

Hhmm24Location wise next to the train station but do note that on top of the city tax, there's an additional 20 EUR booking fee that was not mentioned in the prices of the booking, which is actually a hidden charge (it feels unethical this wasn't added to the original hotel price in the first place for comparison) we paid it anyway.
Also the tables in the hotel are so small and the locks they use seems to be problematic (whether it's the manual key lock or the number lock). The bed doesn't feel that comfortable. The toilets though broken up into shower and toilet bowl area (the toilet bowl with its lack of ventilation which means it would retain smell). Also the checkout is at 10am which is earlier compared to normal hotel standards of 12pm.
The only upside I see from staying here is the location of the place as well as how clean the room is that 's all, as to whether I'll choose this place again, probably not. Also the lounge area provide fresh coffee (from grounded beans through the machine) as well as the coffee pods in the room

Since I wanted a round of careless package, I chose the half-pension and was not disappointed.
Breakfast is from 7:00, which was unfortunately too late for my run, a brief note dbzgl when checking in and I was put together a very extensive lunch package in the evening. Absolutely top.
Otherwise the rooms are in a maintained condition, the staff is very pre-eminent and the food in the restaurant is also very good.
One point of criticism, with half-pension, you can choose, pre-food, 3 different main courses and night table. When you order from the map, the selection is much wider.

Downside: it does not have air conditioning and when you open the balcony doors to let air come in, you smell the cow dung 🙊..

GGuest UserFantastic hotel located on the shores of Zell Am See - every bedroom overlooks the beautiful lake - our ground floor room with its large picture window with outside decking was perfect for absorbing the beautiful scenery. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Zell am See centre and a 10 minute walk to any of the buses that take you to the cable cars for exploring the mountains - perfect!

SSAMEH ABDEL MALEK The hotel is relatively far from the train station. The hotel had changed the confirmation number before arrival, so we waited about half an hour before entering after we had call them by phone because it was slef check in. We found pure bath soap and there was no one in the hotel to ask.
