Были с супругом с 07.07.23по 10.07.23, три ночи. Уже писала отличный отзыв об этом отеле в декабре 2022. И теперь полное разочарование. Заказали двухместный делюкс . Цена за 3 ночи более 50 т₽. Дали номер 106, первый этаж . Пол номера ниже уровня земли на пол метра, т. Е. Полуподвал. Рядом вход для поситителей ресторана, которых хоть и немного, но они в эти дни курить выходили под окна номера . Так окна номера находятся как раз над уровнем земли, то дети поситителей ресторана, пока взрослые курили рядом не раз заглядывали прямо в окна номера, практически были уже внутри, если бы не москитные сетки.. номер поменять на стойке регистрации отказались, мотивируя полной занятостью отеля. Может так и было, люди потом приехали.. Вентиляции в номере нет, очень душно. Или кондиционер или открываем окна. При температуре 17-20 градусов , хотелось просто открыть окна, а не спать под кондиционером, пришлось спать с кондиционером . И главная изюминка, это завтраки в ресторане. Большой привет смене дежурившей 8-го июля и 9 июля утром. Завтрак 8 июля - канапе с рыбой несвежие, зелень несвежая. Дыня горькая испортившаяся ( выплюнала сразу) кофемашина делает какую то бурду вместо кофе.причём старший имитировался заправку кофе зёрнами, после просьбы сделать кофе. В итоге минут через 30 после этого завтрака стол мутить и следующие 3 дня на таблетках от отравления. 8 го утром спустилась на завтрак с супругом он не ел ни канапе, ни зелень, ни сухофрукты, поэтому был здоров. Хотели взять гречку , но она была вонючая, т. Е начала тухнуть, это же просто кошмар. На замечание о недопустимости давать людям холодные старые помои, официант что то пытался рассказать, но очень хотелось попросить повара и обслугу с@есть то что они дают людям на завтрак. Вывод , за такие деньги так отдыхать не советую . Отстой . За пол года опустились на несколько уровней вниз . Да и ещё Ярославово дворище закрыто на реставрацию . Смотреть в Новгороде почти нечего теперь .

Территория оказалась чуть меньше, чем думали, но впечатлений это не испортило! Есть небольшой контактный зоопарк! Территория ухоженная, все чисто и очень мило! Буду советовать друзьям и с удовольствием вернемся в гости!!! :) Спасибо!
