Impeccable service. Staff always available for any request. Historic building and as such very demanding in terms of maintenance, but in need of more attention to detail. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Very nice family experience

Adorei. Hotel muito bonito, tranquilo, limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Tem uma decoração aprimorada com objetos decorativos antigos Muito bem situado. Estacionamento gratuito. Gostei de tudo. Para um 3 *** está muito bom. Se tiverem dificuldades de locomoção, peçam para ficar no R/C, pois não tem elevador. No exterior, tem uma pequena piscina e poucas espreguiçadeiras. Poderia ter a zona da piscina mais bem tratada, pois parece um pouco descuidada, e até aí podiam metal mais umas espreguiçadeiras.

Nous n'avions pas vu qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur lors de notre réservation. Etant dans la difficulté de monter et descendre les escaliers, nous avons demandé a être remboursé. La chambre proposée était au 2ème étage. L’hôtelier nous a refusé le remboursement et proposé une chambre au 1 er étage. Mais pour moi très très difficile de grimper les escaliers. Il n'était pas imaginable dans ce prestigieux bâtiment qu'il y avait absence d'ascenseur ! Idem avec la "piscine" que je n'ai pas pu profiter car il s'agissait d'une plate forme en bois avec des escaliers en bois et un garde corps tremblotant ! De plus, il ne s'agit pas d'une piscine mais d'un petit réservoir. Bref, aucun aménagement pour les personnes handicapées. La chambre et la salle de bain était très petite donc pour moi qui suis handicapée, c'était très inconfortable. Les photos sont trompeuses, le beau parc devant l’hôtel est le parc municipal, le vrai jardin est complètement abandonné. seuls points positifs : le lit confortable et petit déjeuner correct.

Nunca fui a este restaurante. FUI ao Ideal e gostei muito. Em contrapartida ficámos no hotel de Moura que detestamos. O quarto era muito pequeno e as escadas para o 2andar são terríveis. O hotel não tem elevador o que não se admite. O quarto só foi limpo às 15 h e a empregada da recepção não foi simpática. A NÃO VOLTAR!!!!!!
