Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com vista privilegiada sobre o Alqueva e Castelo de Mourão.
O quarto era muito cómodo e apresentava-se extremamente limpo.
Espaço exterior muito agradável com piscinas para criança e adultos.
Bar de piscina e restaurante com boas opções e preços adequados.
Destaco a simpatia do staff, sempre disponível.

Comemoração do primeiro aniversário de casamento, num local calmo, tranquilo e com uma vista maravilhosa! O Staff muito prestável e atencioso. Limpeza excelente. Carregamento para carro elétrico grátis e sem complicações. Uma sugestão, os quartos deveriam ter possibilidade de se fazer chá e/ou café.

We took one of the superior suites for my family and my parents. Great location if you have a car to immerse in the nature with all the comforts. We loved the surroundings and the ammenities of the hotel. Walk around the hotel is just beautiful. We had dinner in the restaurant and food and the service was excellent. We were specially pleased with the flexibility of the service to accomodate our needs ( like servicing dinner or breakfast in our room), as we were travelling with a toddler and that service really helped us to make our stay the best it could be. I really liked this place. Lovely views of lakes all around the hotel. Peaceful walks in the grounds. You can take a bike out- we did not. Great restaurant and very kind staff albeit limited English. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star is that the rooms were a bit too plain corporate to me. We will go back.

Peaceful "mount" with a dazzling view to Alqueva, during all the day; Friendly and warm staff; Good breakfast; Clean room and with a individual deck space with view to the water; Great common amenities - pool (internal and external), living room and bar; Small walking distance to nearest village - Mourão; Suggestion: Add instructions on how to use the spa controls.
