Clean and nice deco room, lovely water view, spacious bathroom, however, the facilities such as gym and cleanliness in public areas can be improved. As to location, if you drive, that’s no a problem at all, would love to recommend this resort.

超出預期，房間還可以，設施挺齊全。房間後面就是一大片草坪，然後就是湖水，景色超美，娃還在旁邊玩了高高的鞦韆和蹺蹺板。湖邊還有好多水鳥，我們還看到了一衹毛茸茸的水鳥寶寶在沙地上。晚餐和早餐也在酒店吃的，價格不貴，還挺好吃的

推門出去就是湖邊，草地上就能玩帥，娃們很喜歡，唯一就是房間太小了，不過兩個床很大，挺舒服的

酒店設施陳舊，房屋不隔音，二樓走步一樓就能聽到，地毯有味，室外的景觀漂亮，印度人服務，停車寬敞，下次不會再住這個酒店了

Near to Hell's Gate. Very close to all attractions in Rotorua. Budget friendly. Quite and relaxing environment. Mustt book again when in Rotorua.
