Clean and nice deco room, lovely water view, spacious bathroom, however, the facilities such as gym and cleanliness in public areas can be improved. As to location, if you drive, that’s no a problem at all, would love to recommend this resort.

Exceeded expectations, the room was okay and the facilities were quite complete. Behind the room is a large lawn, and then there is the lake. The scenery is super beautiful. The child also played on the high swing and seesaw next to it. There are many water birds by the lake, and we also saw a fluffy baby water bird on the sand. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. They were not expensive and quite delicious.

Near to Hell's Gate. Very close to all attractions in Rotorua. Budget friendly. Quite and relaxing environment. Mustt book again when in Rotorua.
