Très bel hôtel situé en périphérie de Pontarlier, c'est propre, la décoration est chaleureuse et accueillante et le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner, très complet. Excellent rapport / qualité / prix. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation, dommage.

À éviter si vous voyagez paur tourisme. L'hôtel se trouve, dans une zone commerciale-industrielle à la périphérie de Pontarlier, à quelques kilomètres.du centre ville. Le bâtiment moderne n'a pas de charme et le personnel, au moins celui qui est à l'accueil, est très peu professionnel. Ayant demandé vers 20h00 de nous réserver un restaurant, la réponse laconique et très détachée.a été : "Dès que j'aurais le temps ...."

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel confortable et insonorisé situé en périphérie de Pontarlier dans une zone industrielle et commerciale sans aucun intérêt. Parking sécurisé et petit déjeuner très complet en self service où il ne manque rien. On paie d’ avance, à l’ arrivée, malgré une garantie par carte bancaire à la réservation, !!!!! Personnel inexistant ou invisible si ce n’ est la réceptionniste qui ne vous accorde même pas un petit bonjour le matin ……!
