The hotel is very idyllic on the beautiful Czos Lake and has direct access to the sea. Ideal for guests who like to take a walk on a well-developed coastal road. The rooms are convenient and easy to equip. The cleanliness was not in the case. I would like to highlight the food that was always rich and tasty. Unfortunately, there were also less beautiful impressions and experiences. There was a staff member in the restaurant and its service staff who felt very unfriendly, and some of them unhellablely negative. The lady concerned spoke very well and without acent and, according to my research, belongs to the direct environment of hotel management. The lack of typical courtesy bottles such as “please” or “Thanks”, as well as a greeting, took place throughout the week. I would like to put another example here. At the evening bread, a older man stood before me, who had apparent problems by physical constraints, to reach the very deep limestone. I helped him and lifted the slice somewhat up to facilitate him withdrawal. I was then directed and acted with a sharp sound. We would like to point out once again that all other staff of the service staff were excluded from this criticism. There was no objection. Always friendly, premature and polite. Of course, not only we have made these negative experiences. As a consequence, a large part of our group left the “Mazuria” in the evening and preferred to leave the evening in the neighbouring hotel, on the beautiful terrace. For example, for reasons I cannot make a further recommendation for “Mazuria”. Great location is not always enough...

Przepyszne pasty, sałatki, swojskie wędliny, dopieszczane w tutejszej kuchni sery (z czarnuszką wymiata!), wędzone ryby, marynowane grzyby, ... mogłabym tak długo... wszystko świeże i co ważne lokalne Obiadokolacje - różnorodne i naprawdę BARDZO smaczne. Dania z karty - bo można równie zjeść w restauracji - wyważone i zaskakujące połączenia smaków, świeże i czuć, że przygotowane z naprawdę dobrej jakości składników Pokoje - czyste i wygodnie wyposażone. Widok z okna - wycisza i relaksuje. Obsługa - pomocna i przesympatyczna, mogłabym ich określić jako akumulatory tego niezwykłego miejsca. Dawno nie miałam do czynienia z tak zaangażowanymi w swoją pracę pracownikami. Nie mówię oczywiście o wszystkich, ale to, co widziałam i odczuwałam sprawiło, że muszę o tym wspomnieć, bo to kolejny i niezwykle ważny walor tego niezwykłego miejsca. PLUS: The location is perfect on a lake. The building and the area are absolutely maintained. The restaurant terrace can only be described as idyllic. The rooms and the bathroom are quite modern and tasteful. The air conditioning is pleasantly quiet. The breakfast buffet is more directed to the domestic audience. (not included in the review, it was already enough there). The staff is friendly. MINUS: Why the bad review? In the 5 days of our stay, our room was NOT cleaned. Handtuchs were once changed (when we asked) and no longer. Our room was very small. There was no way to hang something in rooms and bathrooms, no shell, no hook - unpractical. Another big decline: After completing the booking process at B....com I received a payment order from a Polish financial service provider on behalf of the hotel with the request to pay immediately (The cancellation may have been explicitly inside). All the things seemed very unsatisfactory and overwhelming. After checking the address (profitroom) I paid, everything went well, but it was already very demanding and how unhellable.
