Hotel is in need of urgent refurbishment. It could be good if they modernise it. Good size indoor and outdoor pool but everything is breaking down. Beach is great but so much litter. But I noticed this is the problem everywhere in Tunisia. Room- Dated in need of urgent refurbishment. AC, erm what AC according to hotel it’s cold outside so no need for AC. So you need to sleep with the garden door open all night. Only good thing was the view of the pool and beach. Food- Lack of salt and the same thing EVERYDAY. Fruits just rotten watermelon and apple. Breakfast sour crepes and eggs with the same roll of bread that comes for breakfast lunch dinner. Same pizza and pasta freshly made with lack of taste. Snack bar whatever is left from lunch. Staff- Lovely. But no one speaks English. I do not no if this hotel is more for french speaking people as there was not many English speaking guests. Spa- The worst I have ever seen. The inside in need of refurbishing like the rest of the hotel. But no relaxing music. The lady that did the massage freezing cold hand with no towel to cover my body. So was I nude whilst the other massage lady kept coming in and out. Instead of relaxing all I could hear the two ladies speaking, or walking around and people in kids pool area screaming. The room itself date and freezing. What a waste of money. I would recommend the beautician shop right next to the bank opposite the hotel the building is brown. The lady did great job in doing my pedicure and everything half the price to the hotel. I would rate this hotel 3 star rather than 4* I would also definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

do NOT recommend!! Pros: -The animation team and the size of the pool were the only good parts. We went towards the end of September for reference and stayed for just over a week. -We had to eat out every day (highly recommend the restaurant called Umbrella just outside the hotel- incredible food, staff and so cheap!). Now for the cons: -We paid for a ‘50 minute massage’ each from the spa which was actually 10 minutes of a massage, and then 40 minutes listen to the “masseuse’s” chatting, laughing, commenting on my skin, shining her phone torch in my face because she didn’t believe my age, inviting other staff members in when I was wearing nothing more than bikini bottoms!! and eating their lunch and leaving you laying there in the dark. An incredibly awkward, humiliating and uncomfortable environment. The massage wasn’t even good. -The rooms were quite dirty, floors all dusty and gritty. -We had to move rooms on our second day as there was a water leak. -To get to our toilet, we had to open the bathroom door, stand in the shower, then close the door behind us to get to the toilet. —There was also a rusty nail sticking out of the floor in front of the toilet. -Hotel looks unfinished despite its age, one of the staircases is covered in cigarette butts and litter. -The lift doors don’t close properly (you can see outside the lift, I’m talking a good 1-2cm gap!) and the lifts jolt and move around which is terrifying in itself. -The website is misleading, all the hotel restaurants and facilities it says are open until mid October are not, the only food was from the main buffet restaurant- cold, non-descript food absolutely covered with flies. Revolting. -Pool bar does not serve alcohol. You have to go inside the main hotel lobby to that bar. -You can only get bottled water after 8pm- only 1 bottle per room?! -So, so, so many flies. Constantly. Everywhere. -Told its not hot enough for air conditioning in the rooms despite it being 30°C.

This hotel has everything you need in 3* hotel quality. I am not one to be picky I have stayed in hostels to 5* accommodation. I think this hotel has been rated incorrectly. The interior is in need of updating. Everything is rather old. The restaurant food is repetitive. They make fresh pizza but tasteless. Literally all the meals are the same everyday. I had spaghetti bolognaise the whole week. I can not bare having spaghetti ever again. The fruit selection is tasteless fruits. The snack bar is leftover from lunch. They don’t have you usual burgers n chips for snack time. The massage i had was awful. It was more of a moisturising session than massage. She used some form of cream rather than oil. The room was freezing. No relaxation music so all I could hear is the kids in the indoor pool area. The workers are really friendly and welcoming. Views from the room are great of the beach and pool. Just let down by the interior and the food. But unfortunately I would not recommend or come back to this hotel.
