The room is nice and big enough. The sea view room has a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery. It is clean and safe. There are few service staff and you need to help yourself.

Very nice hotel overall. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was small but clean, and the shower water temps varied between the 3 of us (2 of us had warm showers and 1 had hot shower). The towels were soft. The room was quiet. Elevator was small. The balcony provided great views of the Frenchman Bay, the beds were comfortable, and the closeness to downtown made it convenient to access activities and restaurants. There was a variety of breakfast options and it tasted fine but not as good as the restaurant breakfast food (Two Cats and Cafe This Way). The muffins and afternoon cookies were delicious!

After driving for a long time, I just wanted to check in and rest. Once we entered the reception area, we were greeted with refreshing lemon water and cookies. The check in process was quick and easy. The room was nice and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

This hotel had everything you need to be comfortable. Comfy pillows and bed and an amazing view. The only negative thing would be that we ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast was ok. A bit bland but decent enough overall, great experience. I would stay here again.

We were excited to stay here and visit Bar Harbor. The location is second to none - excellent view and a very enjoyable area. The things that weren't as enjoyable - the elevator was in a doorless area and it was super cold. There is only one elevator so we had to wait for it each time (we were on the 4th floor). Cookies - my initial excitement over supposedly homemade cookies was quelled because they were very hard - overcooked, you might say. I thought this was a fluke, but the next night? They were the same - hard, overcooked, burned. Maybe someone will read this and take them out of the oven a little earlier (smile). The morning breakfast was adequate. Thank-you.
