It wasn’t really 4 Star as indicated on hotel information on *******. Swimming pool water was green, breakfast was very basic and delayed to be served.
Staff were courteous but the lapse in communications between ******* and the venue nearly completely killed the experience

During the night, there were two attempts to get into my room with a key. The same thing happened in the morning when I was in the shower. The hotel is not secure and the staff did not even react, instead they looked for excuses. No apology, no compromise!
