The hotel’s overall theme was more of a minimalist style. The room was somewhat small but still acceptable, and the location was okay.

The location of the hotel is at the heart of the Muar city. It is convenient and easily access around for food.
For room, we stayed in Premium Family room. The room size was just right for 2 adults and 1 kid. The family room has no window. The toilet is clean, the shampoo is nice. The double bed is firm and comfortable, the single bed is bit soft. The wall and the area beneath the stairs (that lead to upper level) has some spider web. I guess the housekeeping team overlook this area when they clean up. The iron frame on the stairs that serve as hand bar stuffed with dust too. The floor condition still ok, but the floor area under the sofa was quite dusty. Maybe it can be improved in future.
This is the first time I stay at Muar hotel. I have no benchmark the cleanliness level over the other hotels in Muar. I like the concept of the hotel, the decoration at hotel lobby and common area, but most of the display and furniture at lobby are quite dusty, if Muo Hotel housekeeping team can improve the effort eg clean away the dust more frequently, the hotel will be more clean and comfortable to stay.

very clean and easy to access to many places by walking. such as kafe pak inchik, downtown, soup store and etc. staff was very friendly.

Arrived at 2PM unfortunately our room still not ready. Took them about an hour before we can checking in. You need to place cash deposit 100MYR. They dont accept card or QR. This is among the drawbacks of this hotel.
Talking about room, we get tatami room type which the room size consider small. I dont have enough space to perform my prayer. Cleanliness is okay.

The hotel location is very convenient with free parking which is very friendly to the guests that are driving. Staffs are friendly, helpful and able to share information on where to go and eat. Staffs respond well and very timely to any feedback and request.
Hotel is simple, clean and neat. The air conditioning for room and hotel common area is very nice and pleasant. We like the lobby set up and it is very home coming feeling. We like the stay and would be back again.

Excellent location. We can walk to all the attractions and there are lots of eateries around. Staffs are really friendly. It's a simple hotel so it doesn't have much facilities. You can get a parking voucher during check in to park free at the car park opposite.
