the place was in a mess… the room smelled of cigarettes and there was hardly any amenities…..
nobody picking up calls on the restaurant…. only one bottle of water… no sanitary things like soap, toothpaste… to make tea in room only tea bags available, no milk packs or sugar or cups …. and the best part you call up the reception and they say everything is out of stock

3-average tv was not working
restaurant services and response very poor

It is a hopeless place. Lift, geysers, electric kettle and tv don't work. The staff is polite and courteous but they are unprofessional and helpless and perhaps they have been instructed to fleece the guests on various pretexts. Overall, not recommended for any decent family.
