24-27 şubat tarihleri arasında winterfest abant diye beeorg firmasının düzenlediği festivale katıldık. Katıldığımiza da pişman olduk. Bu kadar rezil bir organizasyonu otelle beraber yapmışlar. Cim olması gereken yerler olduğu gibi camurdu. Golf alanlari, bowling, mangal partileri olacak diye sayfalarinda olmasina ragmen sadece sucuk-kofte ekmek vardi, o da paralı. Sakin bu organizasyon sirketinin yaptığı organizasyonlara katilmayin.Otel halıları toz içindeydi. Toz alerjisi olduğundan zor kalabildik. Gece saat 01.15de odamın kapısı yumrukladı, resepsiyona 3 kez kameralara bakmalarını istememe rağmen bu güne kadar dönüş olmadı. Güvenlik de sıfır yani. Kendinizi bunlara hazırlayarak otele gidin. Tek iyi olan şey yemekleriydi.

Üçüncü kez gittik. Otelde bayağı bir iyileştirme yapılmış. Çok da iyi olmuş. Hafta içi gittiğimiz için fazla kalabalık değildi. O nedenle otelin bütün imkanlarını kullandık, havuz, masaj gibi. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Yürüyüş yapmak ya da bisiklete binmek için güzel yollar var. Çalışanlar oldukça profesyonel, çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Her konuda ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeğinde fazla çeşit yoktu ama yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Abant'a bir sonraki gelişimizde yine bu otelde kalırız diye düşünüyorum.

It was excellent experience for us. Our room was very clean and hotel stuff were so polite. Foods and bavarage were quite enough. We stayed at the hotel with old 6 years old boy and he also had fun with plays and pool. We think that we can go that hotel again! Thanks for everything.

Oldukça iyi ağırlandığımızı söyleyebilirim.Odaya girdiğimizde temizlikle ilgili ufak bir sorun vardı ancak bildirmemizin ardından oda değişimi sağlayarak hızlı bir çözüm sağladılar.Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği kalite/çeşitlilik anlamında oldukça tatmin edici.İçecek fiyatları abartılmamış.Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Akşamları canlı müzik çok keyifli.Tavsiye derim...

It was low quality service. Buffet was good but low Food and beverage staff. Valet service was unable and parking was full. Price was higher than normal hotel. Rooms were not good and no turn down service. Male housekeeping managers were so loud. They should be more quiet and polite

2 inci defa ailecek 2 gece konakladık.. otel konum olarak mükemmel havası çok güzel odaları temiz ve ferah.. kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği çok güzeldi lezzetliydi.. otele ilk girişten itibaren bize yardımci olan F&B menager İbrahim bayram beye canı gönülden teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca restorantta bizle canı gönülden ilgilenen garson Ali Can koca, ufuk tanrıkulu, Ayhan Fırat beylere ayrı ayrı teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz.. Biz 3 yetişkin olarak standart odada konakladık yanlız müsaitlik olduğu için standart odanın genişini verdiler yoksa normal standart odada 3 kişi sıkış tıkış adım atacak yer kalmaz çünkü 2 yetişkin için tasarlanmış bilginiz olsun. Konumu güzel, yemekler güzel hayvan dostu bir otel. Havuzu, Jakuzi hamam sauna kısaca başarılı bir SPA var. Masaj hizmeti güzel beklentiniz çok yüksek değilse tavsiye ederim zaten bir üst otelide gölün karşısında imkanınıza göre orayıda tercih edebilirsiniz.
