The room was clean, the bed was big and the amenities were basic (tea and coffee, water etc) but there’s no real effort to wow the customer, and although staff do respond to requests, they aren’t very proactive. The restaurant is large and the menu is quite extensive but almost nothing for vegetarians or vegans, and despite three requests to have a veggie breakfast, we still had to explain it all over again the next morning to kitchen staff. The buffet is standard and not much to get excited about. The hotel was generally quiet. Overall, an average stay, not too bad, not too good but if you are in Lamphun you might want to consider it, due to its proximity to the railway station (10 minutes)

The room is clean and big but in the morning there will be a small noise from the outside (everything is very good), the staff is very kind and the foods at the hotel is good, if we visit Lamphun again we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Very lovely
