Werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft meiden! Ich komme am 1. Januar aus der Schweiz nach fast 1000km abends um 19 Uhr im Hotel an. Wollte noch etwas essen, wie es bei der Reservierung besprochen wurde. War der einzige Gast. Die Chefin erklärt mir, dass die Küche geschlossen ist. Wollte wenigstens ein Bier trinken. Die unfreundliche Chefin erklärt mir, dass alles abgeschlossen und gesichert sei. Deshalb gebe es heute gar nichts. Mit so abweisender Gastfreundschaft kann ich nicht umgehen. Am Folgeabend fragte ich, ob man morgen etwas essen könne. Sie sagte ja. Auf meine Frage, ob sie eine Speisekarte habe, erklärte sie mir, dass sie gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sei. Dann fordert sie mich auf, die Speisekarte selber zu holen, wenn ich wissen will, was es denn gäbe. Ich habe nicht mehr dort gegessen. Ein staubiger Lattenrost hat die Freude nicht verbessert. Zum Glück gab es keine Bettwanzen.

Rengøring var virkelig dårlig, der var så mange døde myg mm på vægge og lofter. Der var mindst 30 levende myg på værelset og badeværelse.
Beliggenheden var flot, og maden var fin

Lovely hotel. Only disconnect we experienced is the fact that we initially received most likely the worst room in the entire hotel. After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023!

unreasonable cancellation policy Stay away Made a wrong booking , after 1 hour wanted to cancel, wrong seeblich hotels I booked , no help what so ever.. they refused to cancel the booking, never have I experience so bad costumers service , shame on you

Hotel is nice and restaurant have good food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Unfortenatly I forgots my brand new runningshoes on my balcony. I checked out ver early in morning, before reception/hotel was open. I noticed soon I forgot my runningshoes but could not get in to hotel because i left my key in reception. I called hotel when reception opened and told them to take care about my shoes. And I will come an pick them 1 week later. I asked receptionist to go to room and take my shoes to reception. He confirmed he will do. When I arrived to hotel today they dont have my shoes. The owner said they probably have throw the shoes in trash…, i dont belive her! My shoes costs 260 eur and was used 2 times on road. They look brand new and whit no dirt.
Somebody is lying here… and I am very upset of the way the speak to me when I asked for my shoes

Der var morgenmad inkluderet, men vi fik ikke af vide hvad tid det var mellem, sikkert fordi personalet ikke talte engelsk og vi ikke talte tysk. Sengene var dårlige. Da vi ankom om aftenen ville vi tage et bad, men der var ingen varmt vand. Næste morgen kl 7 var der heller ikke noget varmt vand, så der kunne vi heller ikke komme i bad.

Ikke det bedste mad om aften.
Morgenbordet ikke noget særligt.
Problemer med varmt vand på værelset, som skulle løbe i ca. 10-15 min inden det blev varmt.
Kommer ikke igen.....
