The room is within the boarding gate, so if you have a long transit in the airport this will be good (but you can only enter after the immigration). We were having a bit trouble with check in the premisea (we arrived around 4 pm) because the receptionist was not available and the contact person number really hard to reached. But turned out they slip the passcode under the door. There was no window in my room, a bit different with what was promised.

I have a terrible experience as able to check in 8 A.M. in next morning because, late night flight arrival at Brunei airport by mid night while check in time is available untill 10 P.M. I can't reach hotel staff via email or phone a few days in advance. But, hotel agent named Trip.com trying best help me a whole night. I am so exausted after travelling but also nice to receive a support from agent. I am able to check in room eventually in early morning on staff work hour in order to deeply sleep. Room is not bad with comfly bed unless a cold air con.

best deal for me. i have 17 hours transit in the airport. the hotel is inside the boarding area. so it is the best deal for me to have a nice and proper rest in the room, than in boarding area. and FYI the brunei airport only gave a 30 minutes free wifi. over all, the hotel is good and best deal.

The hotel is inside the departure hall. Do not make a reservation unless you are a transit customer. And there are staff only until 22:00. After that, you have to check in yourself when you arrive. The room password paper is hidden under the door... It was very hard to find... All hotel phones are unavailable and cannot be reached... This is the first time in a hotel where there is no soundproofing, you can hear the sound from the next room very well, there are no windows, and there is no hair dryer... It's not even a cheap hotel at 70,000 won... So I don't recommend it unless you have to sleep because you have to transfer... You'd be better off getting a hotel in the city.
