Near to the night market and supermarket and the mosque, good location

As one of the newer hotels in Brunei, it's super convenient with a variety of restaurants right downstairs. The biggest night market in Brunei is also just a 5-minute drive away. The rooftop pool has water park facilities and offers stunning sunset views, and you can even see the national mosque from there.

The hotel is quite new, with plenty of dining options nearby and a great coffee shop right next door. The staff were absolutely lovely! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended. The hotel restaurant was good too.

There was a nationwide water disruption of water since 29th of January 2026 until today, 1st February 2026. We checked in on the 29th and was not told about this by the hotel, only when we wanted to use the toilet on 30th that the hotel told us there is water interruption until further notice. I was left speechless by this ordeal, as first we could not use the shower facilities in our own room let alone use the toilet. They provided us with bottled water; but it was not enough for showering and let alone to flush the toilet bowl. No other alternative was given. The hotel was not even apologetic about this, and when asked if we can have a refund for our stay, they rejected us. Sighting that they provided us with water, yet 3L of water daily. I am sure that is enough to shower, pee. ****, and other basic sanitation needs. As a hotel, a franchise hotel let alone, basic planning for such situation is essential, such as having enough water tanks for reservoir. It is not a hostel or home stay, it is a decent hotel. If normal houses holds in Brunei are equipped with water reservoir for such situation, then there is no excuse for a hotel not to have one. Would not recommend this hotel due to lack of facilities during this difficult time. It incur more stress to us during our holiday, one that is traumatizing due to the lack of water. We checked out today, 1st February 2026 and there is still no water.

The hotel is pretty good. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the famous Dome of the Rock is right across the street.

Very good services and facilities, I will definitely recommend my friend and family to book this hotel in the coming future.

Great hotel, close to the mosque and night market. The only downside is that getting to both the mosque and the night market is quite inconvenient as there are no pedestrian crossings, so you have to dash across the roads. The rooms are modern and packed with electronics. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; they'd call taxis for us through the Dart app via WhatsApp whenever we asked. The room itself was large and clean. There's a really good coffee shop right next to the hotel, and a supermarket nearby as well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra relaxing.

Breakfast is good. Limited options but good in taste. Clean and neat premises. Nice SMART TV given. Friendly and helpful staff. laundry service is not good. The ironing done does not feel ironed. So, I suggest you to iron your clothes on your own. Dry cleaning service is missing. All and all, it was a good stay and definitely recommend.

It was a great hotel. There are some coffee shop and pan cake shop and so on at the basement. If I have a chance to come to Brunei again, I will choose this hotel again. A Mosque from the top of the building is so beautiful at night.
