NRMA Capricorn Yeppoon Holiday Park

The cabin was clean and the bathroom modern. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the overall setup of the grounds was good.

Wonderful, clean , comfortable and the list goes on ..definitely coming back 👌

Great for the price

Park very quiet when I stayed. ROBYN at reception whas extremely polite helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Short walk to the beach. Robyn suggested we go to Drakes at Emu Park for meat absolutely fabulous shop. The caravan park was very clean neat and tidy. Would stay again. Took advantage of the many special winter deals.on at present.

Room was well presented, because if close proximity to other cabins had liud music playing in the middle if the night.

We just returned from a 6 night stay between Christmas and New Year. We had a powered site (#32) next the amenities block. Location was perfect as our small van doesn’t have an ensuite. The sites are of good size, amenities were very good with a large number of toilets and showers available. These were always clean and I never had to wait for a shower. The park has a lot to offer with an outdoor cinema (movie every night during holiday season), 2 pools, large kids play equipment area, bike hire, go carts and outdoor chess. We didn’t look at the games room but this is located next to reception. There are 2 outdoor kitchens available with seating, ice is also available to purchase. We mainly swam in the smaller square pool which use to have a water slide, it was a little quieter and the adults tended to enjoy as this pool whilst kids and parents seemed to use the shade covered pool. These park location is great, secure and just a short stroll from the beach. Even in peak season, I preferred this to Yeppoon itself as it was a quieter location even with the park full. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed in Yeppoon for 2 nights to explore the area's cycleways. We chose this park, because it's right beside a well-maintained cycle track. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The park was quiet, clean and well cared for, and the campsites are a good size (not packed together like sardines). Our Ensuite site (116) was large, flat and well grassed. With the van backed onto the site, the hot afternoon sun was directly on the awning side. We would choose site 117 next time, so the awning is shaded in the afternoon. The 12 ensuite sites in this park are arranged around 3 buildings, with 4 individual bathrooms in each building. The entry to your private ensuite, is shared with the site next door, via one set of steps. At night a motion-sensor floodlight lights up both campsites, when either of the ensuites are used. The ensuites are compact, modern and clean, with a good-sized shower and plenty of hot water. This area of the park is newly developed, so there are no trees or shrubs yet. We did not use the facilities, but we saw two pools, a jumping pillow, playground, outdoor movie area and camp kitchen. E-Bike and trike hire are also available. We would visit again. We really enjoyed our stay. Were only booked for one night, ended up staying for 2 nights. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our studio/unit. So much to see and do. We will be returning for future trips.

This place is corrupt. They don't care about people, well I should say, they don't care about people staying there for the first time. They place first comers in substandard rooms and by the looks of it, keep the 'nice' one's for their mates. When they realised that they were caught they went out their way to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. This was our first break in two years, thank you from the bottom of my heart for wrecking it. I will never forget this horrible experience.
