Just popped into the Oceanside Barfir a couple if coldies after another amazing beach day. Has anyone ever thought about removing the webs round the windows then cleaning said windows so we can see the beautiful view!!!!!

Had dinner with family and the team on staff provided excellent service. The food was a 3/5 as nothing stood out for our team except the ribs that were 5/5. Still recommend anyone to visit a great venue!!!

Being such an iconic place with a view people would die for our visit was extremely disappointing. We have lived in the area for 20 years plus and are so fortunate to have this amazing venue overlooking a beautiful beach yet the food here seems to be going down hill every time we visit. The chips were cold the pork belly was soggy and the steak sandwich was questionable. Such a shame the northern suburbs can’t get things right. No wonder we venture inner city for good food more times than in our own suburb.

Best place on the beach for breakfast, The food is fantastic & the coffee is the best!!! The prices are great The staff are lovely & the view is fantastic looking over towards the beach. Highly recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch or even dinner

We caught up with a group of three for a casual mid week business lunch, and the food was very average. All three burgers were semi-warm to cold, buns not toasted and not so fresh, just poor food quality overall, not worth the $20+ price tag. Beers and service was great, on point, no issues there. Great view, clean place, and all being responsible when it comes to Covid-19 rules that are in place. I would of expected better food quality, the place wasn't that busy so no excuses for over worked, but chef needs to check temps of food before it goes out. Chips were great, fresh and tasty! Work on the burgers! Great view for a drink, great aircon and inside / outside area and plenty of types of seatings.

Service really good, but disappointed with food :( miss the old menu specially zucchini chips. Food was average - steak sandwich was way to chewy had to cut it up to eat and the bruschetta had no cheese on it? Just half cut tomatoes drenched in balsamic made the bread soggy and was hard to eat. Would recommend oysters on the menu, would be a nice touch with the ocean view 🦪🦪🦪

Went for dinner with my daughters and a 3 year old that one of my daughters was looking after for the evening, First the positives. The location is stunning. The young servers were well mannered and attentive. The meals that were served were well presented on the plate and looked impressive. Now for the problems On arrival, a sign says please wait to be seated, but it appeared that no-one in the restaurant knew whose job this was supposed to be. Food orders were taken in a timely fashion but nothing seemed to arrive to the table after that for quite some time. 40 minutes between entrees and mains One of our main courses didn't arrive at all. When I asked about it I was offered an alternative meal from another tables order because according to the manager...the kitchen had messed up. Left me with the opinion of a restaurant being run with NO ADULT SUPERVISION.
