Had an amazing stay, staff were very accommodating, great views and very relaxing location. Would definitely stay again!

Wife and i just returned from a two night break for our wedding anniversary. Our deal included dinner and breakfast and a sea view room. We loved it, the room was excellent, fridge, tea, coffee, fresh milk. Large bathroom with lots of products, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Dinner both nights was excellent. Breakfast was impressive with numerous choices, Kippers this morning, and i mean real not out of a vacuum pack. A first for me, a toaster that you actually put in bread and it is toasted in one run through? Had a pre booked session in the pool with jacuzzi, very good. Got a little games room with pool. Atrium very laid back and lots of outside space.

The staff at the Polurrian on the Lizard are first class and deliver an amazing service throughout your stay. We enjoyed the stunning views and our walk along the Coast Path where we met some lovely hotel guests enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Our meals were made from delicious, high quality locally sourced ingredients and they were superb! We would definitely recommend this hotel for those seeking a lovely, relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

Returned for a couple of days break. Unfortunately it didnt stop raining. We sat in the Vista area - comfortable seating with magnificent panoramic views. Our room was a bit too hot but bed was soo comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee provided in room. Definitely will return.

Location This hotel is in a spectacular location, above a lovely cove and a sandy beach in beautiful Kernow. There are paths leading down from the hotel to the cove. This is paradise for walkers. Check-in and out Efficient and helpful. Bedrooms We took two sea-view bedrooms. The beds were large and comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The only negative was soundproofing. Bar and restaurant Due to travelling with dogs, we ate all our meals in Vista restaurant which has superb views over the bay. Firstly, the food is punching about its weight for a 3-star hotel. Food quality and presentation at dinner and the cooked breakfast was very good. The continental offering at breakfast for Vista was very basic and poor quality. The service, however, left a lot to be desired at times. They seem to rely on young, local staff – which is great provided they have an aptitude for the work and are properly trained and managed, and there is enough staff to do the work. Many of the young staff showed great promise, given the right support and guidance. Leisure facilities Guests are limited to a 30-minute session in the pool and indoor hot-tub. I didn’t find this to be a relaxing experience. To sum up, it was great to see the Kernow flag’s prominence in this area and that the hotel is in touch with its local community. Unfortunately, not the type of hotel that we would stay in again for a number of reasons. Its 3-star rating is justified.

Short break away with friends, we come here every couple of months, the location is amazing perched on top of the cliffs, short walk down to the sandy beach, turquoise water, staff always welcoming and friendly, great food and ambiance, right on the SW coastal path

This hotel is very clean and bright, comfy and relaxed. The bed was really comfy, shower perfect and a good choice on the tea tray. The swimming pool area was perfect. I had fish and chips for dinner, it was okay but a bit greasy. We were ignored for quite a while after the main course so dessert was a long time coming. The waiter didn't clear our table before the dessert so I was looking at vinegar and the empty tartar sauce ramekin while I ate Banana Parfait

We stayed here in April 2024. We had the best weekend away that we had in a long time. At the Pollurion you can just relax. It’s amazing to sit in the patio in the sunshine, drinking cocktails and looking at the spectacular view. I will never forget that. We stayed in a villa. They were clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with a great view. You can walk out your front door, straight onto the costal path and be at several beaches quickly. We just loved it here and will definitely be returning
