Great hotel for a staycation, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The rooms were clean. Definitely will go back again. They have very good authentic fine dining Chinese and Indian restaurants on site. Prebooking is must if you plan to dine in there.

Was charged twice due to some confusion, was refunded later in cash. Room was old, chipped floor, dirty broken blind with a view of building construction. Staff was good, breakfast was not that great, with a very few options to choose from. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying with a family for more than a day.

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

I recently visited this amazing Asian restaurant, and I was seriously impressed! The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful—each piece was crafted with care, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. If you're a sushi fan, this place definitely delivers. But what really surprised me was the dim sum. It was some of the best I’ve had in a long time—light, perfectly steamed, and full of flavor. From dumplings to buns, everything was spot on. You can tell they put a lot of effort into their menu. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. Whether you're dining in or getting takeout, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. Great spot if you're craving sushi, dim sum, or both!
