The ceiling of the rooms is very wide, the pillowcases and towels are stained, there is no soap and toilet paper in the toilet.

One of the worse customer service, here firstly the receptionist is so arrogant and no smile on his face. Looks as if he does favour on the customers. I had booked room with breakfast and first day I ordered breakfast that also bread, butter and tea and it was not delivered as I waited 45mins and when asked they say it was delivered. After that i never even asked or had breakfast after paying for it. Secondly I stayed 4 nights and there is no tv in the room, no proper wardrobe and safe to keep stuff. Didn’t come to clean my room and had to ask to clean, wasn’t cleaned properly and kept one used bottle of water from the day we checked in where it was half filled and may be left by someone before us. Didn’t even bother to change water. So pathetic and one of the worst hotel I have ever experienced. One thing is location was good that’s it.

the room is a bit too small for me ... but i'm just a solo traveler and stayed for 1 night, so it's not too bad. the location is great and of course crowded. the service is nice :)

The rooms are very nice and cozy, comfortable, the place is neat and very clean. Service very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Great location with lots of restaurants around. Decent service from staffs. Only downside is 12hr wifi codes.

Good hotel

The hotel deceived us with information about the economy room. Upon check-in, we were taken to a room on the 5th floor in which it is impossible for an adult *** to walk, only to move on all fours, like a dog. Because the ceiling in the room is very low, at a height of about 170 cm, and my height is 185 cm. A corridor leads to the room where beams protrude from the ceiling down at a height of about 150 cm. If you don’t bend over, you’ll break your face on the protruding beam. In response to the requirement to provide a room with a normal high ceiling, the manager demanded from us another three thousand for two nights. I had to pay. Requests for boiling water are ignored, allegedly they don’t know what hot water is. The request to help call a taxi to the hotel was also ignored, allegedly they do not understand what Help Me Call Taxi is. The administrator pretends that he does not understand English. The place is very noisy, windows overlook the highway. noise like in a factory, cars beeping, people screaming, hard to sleep. Overall a bad hotel. I don't recommend it. The advertisement for economy rooms contains inaccurate information. The rooms are not intended for human habitation. Only possible for dwarfs or animals

Location was great. In front of the railway station, there is also a supermarket nearby that is open from morning to late. In addition, there are many stalls within a 10-minute walk, and you can easily eat wonderful local food from breakfast to dinner.

This is my second stay here with in a year. I consider it's location, staff, cleanliness vey impressive for my repeat booking. Though l i found linens are showing there age. Rooms are small but clean n tidy. Apart from this my stay was very comfortable and planning to come back here again.

Property is located at a prime location, walkable distance from cs t railway station. Lots of food joints in and around the property. Property offers good amenities, however rooms are a bit small

I stayed at city hotel during my mumbai visit. Located just 500 meters from cs t station, it offers separate rooms for 3000 rupees per day or common bathroom facilities for 1500 rupees. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Surrounded by iconic buildings, the area adds to the charm of the stay. Overall, city hotel offers a pleasant experience for travelers seeking convenience and comfort near cs t station in mumbai. Rooms - 5 service - 4 location - 5

Overall experience was good. Cleanliness and staff service was amazing. Only shortcomings of the hotel was the room and washroom size. It is way too small for a deluxe one. No space available to keep even 2 luggage. Passable for a 1-2 nights stay.

The property location is good for those who came from cs-mt railway station and food, amenities & sevices was also good. But the size of a room looks much bigger on the site compare it to real size of the room.

After paying 24000 for delux room one of a member had to sleep on the floor. There was a bed for two people. The room was booked before 3 days. Very worst experience.
