Hotel Comfort Stay

Very grubby from the outside Very grubby from the outside. Very steep steps to rooms. Staff not helpful. Not a good place to stay.

First of all when i reached their they didn't have a waiting area. Secondly upon asking for early checkin they denied it they do not have room availability and then later the receptionist mentioned we can provide you early checkin if you pay 600 rupees which i denied then they finally settled on 400 rupees when i mentioned that i will be checking out early in the morning around 04:00 am. Now lets talk about room. The room was so small the bat-room was pathetic dead mosquitos were lying on the floor and in the comode. The was so smelly as it didn't have proper ventilation. As my room on the first floor and the roof was made up of tin sheet so when rain it was raining it was pathetic, very noisy i even have recorded audio of the noise. The stairs to reach the first floor is very narrow and low as per height me being 5 feet 11 inch bumbed my head twice on the stairs roof. The room paints and interior were so dirty, i have pics that i can add to show it. The only good thing was the staff who were polite and friendly.

Just checked-in. Reception was cooperative and quickly completed the procedure by asking for an aadhar card or driving licence.

The ideal location where the airport and city are evenly balanced when you’re working to tight travel deadlines. Friendly staff, smooth checkin, overall perfect stay. Love to visit again.

The place is really worth it. The room seemed a bit small but was definitely not an issue. Was really comfortable during my entire stay at the hotel. Really awesome staff who were really friendly & clear in their communication. Thanks to you never had an issues during the stay. The hotel is situated at a really calm area, limited noise & no disturbance! if visiting mumbai again, will definitely seek to stay at the same venue

Great stay in the price i paid, smooth checkin, cleanliness upto mark, friendly staff, overall amazing stay.
