My stay at Hotel CLIFFTON was better than expected.
The room was approximately 16 square meters, not large, but the layout was reasonable and the space was utilized well. It had a separate wet and dry area, and all the basic amenities needed for a typical stay were provided. The room was clean overall, with a simple and comfortable color scheme, and the decor was more upscale than other hotels in the same price range.
I particularly liked the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which provided excellent natural light and offered views of Mumbai's cityscape. While the night view itself was rather ordinary, the overall experience was quite comfortable.
The hotel is about 7 kilometers from Mumbai Airport, making it convenient for business trips, layovers, or short stays. At around 250 yuan per night, considering the room's environment, location, and amenities, it offered good value for money.
Overall, it was a case of "low expectations, but a pleasant surprise." If I were to return to Mumbai at a similar price, I would definitely consider staying there again.

還不錯，參加展會訂的，離展館距離還行，門口有個小院子，看起來也乾淨衞生的，比較滿意，推薦入住。

Very disappointing hotel. In my experience, this feels more like a 2-star hotel disguised as a 4-star property. The entrance looks appealing, but unfortunately the experience goes downhill once you reach the rooms. 🏨 The rooms are extremely compact and uncomfortable—even a single cabin-size suitcase can make it difficult to move around. The washrooms are tiny, the floors felt sticky, and there was a strong smoking smell apparently left from previous occupants. 😕🚬 Several basic appliances were also not working, including the AC and night lamps (video attached). For a hotel claiming a higher category, this is simply not acceptable. Overall, the property looks much better from the outside than the actual stay experience. Very disappointing and definetly not a place I’d stay at again. There’s a lot more to add but I’m just sticking to main points, the only reason I have increased the rating is that they cooperated with me on early checkin (not easily but they did otherwise it would be 1 star) I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. 👎

Bang opposite the Jogeshwari railway station, just off the busy Swami Vivekananda Road, this hotel offers great connectivity options. The rooms are clean & spacious and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast has good spread, plenty of options to choose from.
