The most pathetic place for wedding. Worst staff. Very dirty. Hopeless management. Even lower budget ppl looking for such place for wedding is a complete no.

This is not the resort it claims to be — it’s not Eskay Resort, it is operated By MUZA , Mobile number on website is fake. It assumes few staff also part of this blunder. Very disappointing experience! The staff was also rude and unhelpful, and the AC cooling was poor. Overall, the maintenance and service were below standard. Definitely not worth the price — I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went for 4 days and 3 nights. The room cleanliness was poor and unhygienic. We complained to the receptionist. They shifted us to another room. Which too wasn't great but ok. Got it cleaned again. The only good this about this hotel is the gym and indoor games. Rest of the facility is substandard
