Clean and bed comfortable. Hot good pressure shower. Breakfast bacon and eggs were on point!

Front desk manager was very welcoming when we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. Check out was easy and breakfast was very good. The only downside was trying to check in on the website on my phone. I plugged in my cell phone number and email address several times with no success. I think it wanted me to join some kind of rewards program. Just wanted to check in! Gave up and just went straight to the motel!

Very disappointed main reason for choosing this hotel was the pool which was all locked up and unusable could have gotten a cheaper hotel if i would have known. Staff was nice. We checked in on a friday and out on Wednesday house keeping was never in our room had to go to front desk to ask for fresh towels. Hallways and elevator floors were not clean. However they offer a very good breakfast

My husband and I, along with our son & daughter-in-law, stayed in 2 rooms at this hotel and were very disappointed in the appearance of the room as well as the lack of maid service and mediocre breakfast food. 1) Information provided during on-line check-in advised the room would be cleaned every other day, but in 4 days there was no cleaning done. We complained to the Front Desk clerk on the evening before we checked out and she quickly replaced our towels and emptied our trash cans, but we never did get any actual room cleaning service. 2) The room decor was dated and our bathroom was in particularly bad shape with a hole in the ceiling somewhat covered by a rusty grate, along with a dirty broken light fixture in the ceiling, peeling wallpaper and overall dilapidated appearance. 3) The breakfast was mediocre with watery scrambled eggs, a limited supply of bottled orange juice, and tasteless tiny round-shaped baked eggs one morning. Overall, this hotel was not up to Marriott standards and I wouldn't recommend it unless everyplace else in town is sold out.

The internet did not work in my room I was unable to participate in my zoom conference without the internet connection Also I had to go to the front desk three times to get my key rekeyed to gain access to my room

The front desk staff was gruff and unhelpful. I was informed I could not get a receipt for the stay from them but would receive it in email, which I have not received.

When online and I reserve a room because we were there for volleyball, and it showed a pool that's why I chose it. A group of girls for volleyball stayed here to have the pool. If the pool is closed it needs to say that online. I could have gotten a $100 cheaper room across the street with no pool. This was ridiculous. That's all my girls look forward to. It should have been given to me at a cheaper price after going to customer service about this
