Was not able to stay, had to go to a different Hotel. Information was that was a Pet Friendly Hotel but only accepts Dogs not Cats. My Kitten was in a carrier and the only reason I had him with me was he had a vet appoin**ent at 7:00 am and I did not want to leave at 4:30am so I could make it to the appoin**ent.

old and outdated unfriendly front desk staff . Sunday morning for free breakfast from 7 to 9 slow start got there at 2 after 9 everything put away next day Monday went early cereal and and toast only options and coffee probably why it didnt take long to clean up day before no effort

DO NOT STAY HERE IT'S DISGUSTING AND THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES FOR NO REASON This is hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to in my life. They discriminated against my special needs child, the rooms and hallway smell like month old gym socks and cigarettes, nothing in the room works. We stayed two nights and they didn't take our trash or linens a single time, then charged me $100 claiming the linen was "stained". There were tiny spots of bloodstains all over the sheets and pillows, the carpet was sticky, and the air conditioning worked intermittently. I called to discuss the extra charges and the front desk was incredibly rude and hateful. I ended up having to call Wyndham corporate and file a complaint. I am currently awaiting resolution on that. I will say Wyndham corporate staff has been much better to deal with so far.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was clean and nice. Housekeeping was outstanding. Service everyday including Thanksgiving!! Beds were good. The only thing they could change is their breakfast options- cereal and toast is no breakfast. Need to add more options and maybe a waffle maker for something hot and maybe bagels or hard boil eggs— there are a lot of options out here that would take literally nothing to have onboard. But I would stay there again- just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else!!

Terrible from start to finish
Dirty room
Terrible showers (poor water pressure)
No real breakfast
There was stale cereal in dispensers and white bread
And very terrible customer service (Raj)
Go to super 8 or quality inn right next door as they are much better

I don't know why they took my credit card for "security purposes " when i already paud in full for the room. This was annoying and inconvenient.
