This is one of the nicer hotels in Muncie, IN so I was expecting a little more cleanliness. The first room we were in the bathroom was disgusting towels still in shower and from what I seen it appeared like dried blood on shower wall. My room was changed, but the second room towels were dirty and a piece of tissue stuck in the peep whole. This just shows that the rooms are nor being properly cleaned. Staff was nice though.

Nice hotel. Easy check in. Safe area. Easy walk to downtown to good coffee spot. Easy parking. Stayed here to pick up daughter from pre college program at ball state. Would recommend for anyone dropping college kids off too. Pool was good. Right next to children’s museum but it was closed the day we were there.
