The courtyard was dated. Floor of the pool and spa area was sandy needed to be cleaned. Definitely not up the courtyard standards

1. Elevator Wasn’t Working The Entire Weekend and my room was on the 2nd Fl Rm 212.
2. No Towels provided To My Room the entire weekend to my Rm # 212.
3. Ants and Bugs where crawling all over the office table in my Rm 212, had to go to the front desk and clean and spray my Own room.
4. I would like A refund on all of the Money’s I spent for this room at Court Yard Marriott?

When I checked in I was notified that the pool and hot tub we not available but when I booked the room it said it was My first room that I received the heater didn't work very well the csr was quick in getting me another room we bought some food to put in the fridge that was in the room had mold in it. The hotel couldn't give me a discount or any refund due to booking through a third party

Asked for conjoined rooms call the day before arrival said they cannot do that asked for side by side rooms was told that wouldn’t be a problem I arrived to be told then they couldn’t do that after checking in then I was told the pool and hot tub was out of service my wife turned on one of the lamp it popped and started sparking the was told we could use the pool at there sister hotel drove there with are 6 kids for the water to be so cold you couldn’t even swim

We felt safe there and the employees were very nice. We didn't like that the heat was broke and it was really hot in the room even with the window open.
