Hotel with new facilities, clean and attentive staff, the location is not central but within a walk you can reach the places of interest.

The hotel is super well located, the best thing without a doubt is the staff, especially Mercedes. Very complete breakfast and with great schedules. If I had to go back I would repeat.

Is Hanting on par?

Hotel near the main museums and centers of interest. Friendly and efficient staff. When faced with an incident, the response was exceptional. I recommend.

Dejligt hotel. Tæt på off transport. God morgenmad. Stille og rolig beliggenhed tæt på alt ... i gåafstand til det meste. Kommer gerne igen.

Modernes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, leider kein Abendessen. Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Tolles baskisches Restaurant in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Hotel fantástico y muy tranquilo, el desayuno estupendo y muy completo. Si además vienes al Palacio Euskalduna, Guggenheim, Universidad de Desusto o incluso al estadio de San Mames, la ubicación es fantástica. Quiero destacar la atención del personal, especialmente de recepción. Quiero dar las gracias personalmente a Ana y Felix, que nos solucionaron a mi pareja y a mi un problema que tuvimos con la tarjeta de empresa, tuvimos que pagar la estancia, pero ellos hablaron con la agencia encargada de la reserva y en cuestión de 2 días el hotel nos reembolsó el pago. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del NH Bilbao Deusto, es un placer tratar con profesionales así, ¡esperamos volver pronto! Fantastic and very quiet hotel, the breakfast is great and very complete. If you also come to the Euskalduna Palace, Guggenheim, Deusto University or even the San Mames stadium, the location is fantastic. I would like to highlight the attention of the staff, especially the reception. I would like to personally thank Ana and Felix, who solved a problem we had with our company card, we had to pay for the stay, but they talked to the agency in charge of the booking and in a matter of 2 days the hotel refunded the payment.
