Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Munich

1. My booking stated 'pay later, no deposit required,' but I was charged over 2000 RMB as a deposit. 2. The room type photos didn't match the reality. The twin room I booked showed two beds separated by a nightstand, but in fact, the two beds were pushed together, essentially making it one bed. 3. The services listed dry cleaning, a laundry room, and external laundry service. In reality, only external laundry service was available, and it wasn't even offered on weekends. An extremely poor experience!

Perfect!! Highly recommend!! I’m glad that I cancelled another hotel and booked this one for my stay in Munich! Super friendly staff (all of them! Helped me a lot) nice room spacious for one person, kettle, coffee water provided. Diverse breakfast buffet with good price. Super close to train station to go to the center within 2-3 stops. A review can’t describe all how happy I was with my short stay here! Ah, they also provided hot lemon ginger water in the foyer, appreciate it in the freezing winter days

Facilities: Just a standard Holiday Inn Express. Hygiene: The cleanliness was acceptable. Environment: The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, not ideal, but we chose it mainly for the convenient parking. Service: The hotel breakfast was decent. As for other services, there's not much to speak of. The middle-aged Middle Eastern man at the front desk was quite unhelpful. He initially overcharged us for two nights of parking, and after a strong argument, we finally got a refund for one night from the supervisor. Overall, as a Holiday Inn Express, don't expect too much. The parking situation was just okay.

We enjoyed our single night stay here. It was easy to find despite arriving in Munich after dark. The room was clean,, cosy, comfortable and functional. The hotel has various eating places around it so finding food was not an issue. Parking at the hotel was safe with underground car park provided at eur17. The breakfast served was satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for value for money short term accomodation.
