Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.

Since the renovation – and it's still ongoing – it's sadly no longer what it used to be. From my absolute favorite hotel in southern Germany, it's become a real dive. Overpriced, poorly planned, and even the wonderful steam room and great amenities have been sacrificed. A real shame.

The hotel facilities are old; the rooms are also damaged; and the cleaning is not very thorough. On my third night there, the fire alarm went off, and we had to leave.
The hotel is under renovation, and there was noise starting as early as 7 AM.

ROOMERS is currently a permanent construction site.
The service is abysmal. Despite our complaint, our room wasn't cleaned.
The balcony door was broken, so it was always cold at night. How can anyone rent out a room like that?
Currently, a maximum of 3 stars.

The hotel is a bit far from the city's attractions, but public transportation is quite convenient. There's a light rail nearby, a six-minute walk to the subway station, and a ten-minute taxi ride from the train station and bus station. The service was very friendly, and takeout can be delivered to your door. The decor is unique, but not very new. There's a large crack at the bottom of the bathtub. The curtains are difficult to close, with a gap that always prevents them from closing. The soundproofing is average. The bed is small, with two single quilts.

The hotel is very good, the environment and service are in place, the breakfast is very rich, and the Japanese food in the evening is also online. The location is suitable, there are buses 18 and 19 at the door.

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.

Art, design, culture and culinary innovation, all under one roof. The Dean Munich is found in the city's Westend, where things get interesting. Old breweries next to art studios, world-famous beer gardens a short walk from the tech district. A neighbourhood where different worlds share the same street. Inside The Dean, they share the same table. Around the hotel, 281 rooms follow the building's layered story. Rooms mix lacquer, velvet, polished timber and soft patterned textiles. Early 20th century Jugendstil curves meet bold lines inspired by 1980s Munich, and smart tech and considered comfort make every stay truly special. Amenities include a bespoke DS & Durga fragrance inspired by Ireland's natural landscape. Public spaces lean into contrast, with sculptural lighting, colour-drenched thresholds, polished surfaces against soft upholstery setting the tone. In the Lobby, cream lacquer walls and gleaming metals frame a signature eye motif, a further wink to the cultural iconography of the 80s.
