We were given a room on the ground floor in another part of the hotel which used to be a servants' quarters years ago. The room was separated from the reception lobby by 5 fire proof doors. It was a chore dragging luggages through the courtyard and narrow corridors.

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area.
I find the "two bedroom" room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs.
Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended.
Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great.
They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

Super located a very friendly hotel! All the things in this hotel work very smoothly and efficiently:) also morning breakfast was super fresh and has excellent food choices. Every staffs were friendly and helpful! Thank you

I booked this two room apartment for my family. When I checked in, I was told that it was NOT two bedrooms, but with one bedroom and a double sofia bed in the living room. Large enough to host four people.
Nice to have washer machine in room and shared dryers in the basement. The shower space was open to the toilet room so water spills always. Could have a sliding door or curtain to separate.
Location is close to tram station Karlsplatz, one stop from the central railway station. Staffs are nice and helpful.
