The room is clean and tidy. My favorite is his hand sanitizer and body lotion. The taste is the best I have ever used! But there is no phone in the room, and no slippers are provided. If you have anything to do, you have to go to the front desk and say it yourself. breakfast is not bad

Great room, friendly service, modern facilities. Only down side is the distance from down town but it’s a great hotel and I highly recommend staying here. The food they serve for breakfast is very tasty. The beer is fantastic but of course, it’s Munich :)

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, weiter so! Tolle Zimmer, klimatisiert, geräumig, ruhig, sauber. Frühstück war top. Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Fitnessraum sehr cool, da macht das Training einfach nur Spass.

We only stayed one night while passing through. Modern structure with swimming pool and SPA which however we did not use for the short time. The carpet in the room we were staying in needed to be vacuumed (dust would rise when walking on it). On the bed, for two people, there were three pillows, all different. The air conditioning did not work properly in fact the temperature was high. The thing I really liked was the room we used before checking in, where we could leave our bags independently using lockers with electronic locks. Breakfast buffet not very rich. Absence of placemats on the tables. Courtesy and attention of the staff who took care of wishing my wife a happy birthday, bringing a small cake with candle (on their initiative). The bar is also nice and is open at night, serving cocktails with friendliness and kindness.

Новый, очень современный отель. Чисто, приятно, уютно. Есть подземный паркинг по цене 22,5 евро сутки. Нет полотенцесушителя в ванной, только крючок на двери, полотенца не сохнут. Ужин в ресторане - ужасное обслуживание. Официантка испортила настроение в день рождения: откровенно делать при гостях такое недовольное лицо - ужасно.

what I liked: - The breakfast was excellent. I particularly liked the fresh and exotic fruits and the incredible soft pancakes - The dinner was also pretty good - The gym is quite big for a hotel gym. - Public transport just in front of the door (bus) - There is a spa and roof swimming pool I did not visit, but it is there what could be improved/did not like: -There are no curtains, so you either have the blinds completely open or completely close - Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room - It takes about 30-40 min to get to central Munich by public transport
