Motel One Hotels in Munich

The hotel was wonderful. Small, fine and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, especially Marcel at the hotel bar. Breakfast was sufficient and very delicious. We're happy to come back!

Zimmer sind zwar nicht so groß aber gut ausgestattet, beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis und alles ist Bio. Man kann am Wochenende in der Gegend umsonst parken und für Hunde ist die Gegend auch gut zum Spazierenlaufen. Hotel ist nicht weit weg von der Tram Station. Bei schönem Wetter empfehle ich die rooftop bar im 12 Stock mit schönem Blick auf München

The hotel is located not far away from the Town Hall and hence easily walkable to most destinations. Similarly it is not far from the Central Station which is convenient for guest if they need to take the train. Meanwhile, the room is clean and spacious with very comfortable bed.

The room is large, but the amenities are the minimum required. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but it is clean and I think it is worth the price. Staff is helpful. The location is about 500m walk from Munich East Station. There are supermarkets and drugstores that are open late at the big station, but the area around the station is a bit dim, so be careful about the night road.

I recently stayed at Flemings Hotel for three nights and found its location to be exceptional. Just a 5-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof (central station), the hotel is also very close to Marienplatz and easily walkable to the renowned art museums, making it perfect for travelers wanting to explore Munich on foot. The room was noticeably clean, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. However, one unusual design feature stood out - the fully glass toilet area. While visually modern, this design choice completely lacks privacy, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. It's something potential guests should be aware of before booking. The hotel's Italian restaurant was a consistent highlight of my stay. I dined there every evening, and the dinner service was exceptional. The service staff during dinner were particularly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistently good, making my evening meals a real pleasure. Unfortunately, my last day brought a stark contrast. I decided to try the hotel's breakfast, and the experience was disappointing. The service staff at breakfast was noticeably different - the approach felt rude and impersonal. The way payment and room number were requested came across as condescending, which was a significant departure from the warmth I'd experienced during dinner. The breakfast itself was underwhelming, with little to recommend. To sum up, the hotel offers a great location and excellent dinner service, but comes with some notable inconsistencies. The glass toilet design might be a deal-breaker for those seeking privacy, and the breakfast service needs improvement. For travelers who prioritize location and don't mind an unconventional bathroom layout, this hotel could still be a solid choice.

The hotel is especially beautiful in the living area below and breakfast was very delicious. The room was beautiful though a little bit small. For that the view of Munich was so beautiful!! In total, I found the hotel super! I would book again in another city too. Good concept and beautiful design lounges!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is about 1.8 kilometers walk to Marienplatz, which is very convenient for travel. There are many museums to visit nearby. The hotel room is small, but it is very cost-effective for a holiday stay. There is no kettle, drinking cup or coffee machine in the room. But the hotel lobby is very beautiful and the waiters are very friendly. The bar is particularly great. Because the room is small, there are many customers drinking, chatting and playing board games at the bar in the evening. Breakfast is 16.9 euros and very rich.

Clean and comfortable, pretty good

Breakfast is good, the room is soundproof, the room is too small. It is also close to the exhibition, the underground second floor parking lot, but there is a charge, all stay in the hotel and charge parking fees, it feels not suitable, 25 euros a day.
