Non esiste lo zero. Arrivo dopo 6 ore di viaggio, camera ghiacciata, segnalato problema alla reception, che oltra a dirci si scaldara non fa nulla. Più volte segnalato il problema della camera, che non si scalda è alle 21 chiediamo che ci venga cambiata camera, (cosa che poteva essere fatta subito, ma che la reception non ci ha mai offerto, nemmeno adesso che sono le 21. A parte una ragazza dei piani (molto gentile, nessuno ci è venuto in aiuto per il problema..la direzione il giorno dopo mi pareva molto infastidita e ci ha stupito con affermazione "Adesso è calda" Leggerezza e approssimazione, senza rispetto per le nostre vacanze. Prima volta che scappo da un hotel Reception spesso sgaurnita ed atteggiamento superficiale.. Mi dispiace perché pure io lavoro nel turismo e so cosa vuol dire, ma il cliente va aiutato in casi come questo. Devi ringraziare la signora ai piani e le signore della prenoziaone telefonica, molto gentile.. Più professionalità dalla direzione e dalla recpion.. Pur volendo rimborsare ricordo che le vacanze, sono preziose per chi magari aspetta mesi per poterle fare

The pool area is beautiful, many different areas where you can really enjoy. Warm, clean and it wasnt too busy during our visit. Definetly if you come for the pool activities and relaxation you will not be disappointed. Hotel - was positively surprised by size of the room, very spacious, nicely decorated and not old style. Choice for the breakfast and dinner excellent and I liked that there are different healthy options like ayurveda food options. During our last night at 22 o’clock the music started banging with live band playing. We were at first floor and it seemed this was just below our room. This disturbed our quiet stay a lot as music stopped at 2 in the morning. In general the staff should get some kind of customer service training. None of them greeted guests, no smile and generally were not interested at all. Housekeeping one day did not even change our towels although we left them on the floor.

Large and varied thermal park. Comfortable, clean hotel, dinner and breakfast in line with a 4-star hotel abroad. Maybe the "sweet" part of breakfast could be improved a little (a pain au chocolat, or stuffed croissants). Good wellness centre, excellent massages and large sauna area (well, perhaps the Turkish bath area needs to be enlarged). All good except for the children's entertainment which needs to be reviewed a bit. Overall good experience around New Year's Eve.

Thermana is a hotel structure with internal spa which can be accessed even if you are not a hotel guest. There are several pools at different temperatures, located on the upper floor, a large pool on the lower floor divided into three sections with variable depths. The environment is very large, there are sunbeds on both floors, there is a self-service restaurant and a bar. Entrance from 9am to 11pm on holidays. It is not necessary to use headphones and the price is modest. Thermana is especially suitable for families with children. What I didn't like is the unified men's and women's changing room since you can come across naked men and women together and having children in tow is not an experience I appreciated. It's definitely a place to visit and spend a day, the kids have a lot of fun.

It was a pleasant holiday but needs improvement!! 1) they should be able to speak Italian since it is a hotel frequented mainly by Italians and not be annoyed!!! 2) it would be nice to provide bathrobes for the spa for children too; 3) bathrobe and adult towels for the wellness area change them at least every other day because on the second day you walk around with the bathrobe wet, it's not the best; 4) breakfast and dinner need improvement, it is not from a 4 star hotel and being all buffet style it is not very hygienic; 5) it would be advisable to restore the bathroom kit (shower cap and cotton buds) every day, however we only found it upon our arrival and the following days it was no longer worn!! For the rest it was a pleasant holiday, suitable for families with children, they have a lot of fun!
