Terrible hotel. In need of renovation. Far too big and unpleasant. The rooms feel like they're stuck in the 1980s and are decorated in orange and brown. The restaurant was the worst experience, everything was overpriced and most likely all ready-made goods. The order was on the table so quickly.

I like very much the hotel after renovation, food it's very very good, service too, staff very friendly and supportive, clean, location is also very good as it has the forest behind so perfect for a walk.. we loved it :)

Hotel whose clean rooms are showing their age, at least in the "old" building. Dark, dimly lit corridors. Narrow bathroom with smelly drain. Good beds. Good breakfast with a large selection, although one type of jam was a bit poor. Friendly staff. Free parking in the hotel garage. At the party, the food was mixed. Refilling or refilling only worked to a limited extent. Negative: to use the swimming pool, etc., you have to pay an additional €20 per day.

The hotel has been refurbished to quite a good standard overall, but there are some odd issues. The balcony has 2 chairs but no table; the ('Superior') bedroom has only one chair; there is no curtain/blind over the glass balcony door to keep out the early morning light; there is no independent control for the elctronically controlled main window curtains; there is no bedside table on one side of the bed; the toilet has a pointless electronic control panel; there is no heated towel rail. Apart from that....the room was fine. The spa is very good. Breakfast was good.

My review is not about the hotel, I didn't stay there. I just wanted to use the spa. The water in the pool is average warm. 2 saunas out of 4 weren't working. The outside area is not in use. No cafe/ snack bar inside. On the other side, the swimming pool is beautiful, all areas are clean, herbal tea and water stations available. In 25€ for 4 hours the sauna blanket and a towel are included(for rent only). The reception staff was nice and the hotel itself looked great:)

Most of the hotel was renovated during covid. Although we stayed in a partly renovated standard room for 3 nights with our 9-month-old son, the room was still a great place to stay. It was nice and clean with enough space even for a baby cot. The spa is also wonderful, you get fresh towels every day at the wellness reception. In the sauna area you have to be without swimsuit. Our favourite was the hammam, it's rare to come across such a good steam sauna.

This is one of the nicest communist hotels built during the last government so staying here is like stepping back in time. The hotel is well maintained, clean and functional, which is the problem, maybe a refurbishment of the scratches and scrapes would be good. The staff is polite but the atmosphere is really like the 80s. So if you prefer a modern hotel atmosphere, don't consider this place. Other than that, no other complaints. This is a review from a traveler who was born and raised in the communist era, so I hope you can take my complaints into consideration.
