Pictured Rocks Bed and Breakfast

The hostess was very kind and welcoming and I enjoyed talking with her very much!! The views from the living room are incredible and the bedroom is very comfortable. It was a nice getaway very close to Pictured Rocks, Lake Superio, and Munising. I will likely go there again!

The property is beautiful and the view from the Livingroom/dining room is stunning. Wade's MIL is the sweeties woman and gave us many suggestions of places to visit and eat while we were there. The home has all you would want. We will definitely be back!

Though the location has beautiful views of Superior, sunsets and Munising coast, the stay was a disappointment. My wife loves the water, and our anniversary trip is our one big investment of the year, but the deck and stairway down to the shore were impassable. Everything is completely overrun with poison ivy. I am highly susceptible! Broke out with rashes on one hand and one leg. Felt lucky it wasn't worse. It didn't help that the owner ****whacked the poison ivy (at 8:30pm right by our "private bath" with no quick way to access the blinds - they are built in and inaccessible when the screens are in...) spreading it even further around the circumference of the rental. He never came back to blow it away or pick up debris. Other disappointments were the broken windows, broken locks that provided no security for our belongings (door that didn't line up with the frame) ants in the house, TV that didn't work, and finally, no breakfast at all. I realize breakfast service was stopped due to the Pandemic, but no fruit, bagels, or any offering whatsoever is just plain lazy. For this price I expected more. The space is comfortable, and it's far better than some other choices in the area, but way under the bar for a special occasion. Maybe it was better once, but they are clearly happy to ride on the wave of success of their location alone.

Forget "breakfast". This is NOT a bed & breakfast and should be renamed. The only thing offered was coffee and tap water - no ice for a cold drink. We could hear talking and loud footsteps in the host's living space above our bedroom. You are given a 1.5 hour window to check in so be aware of that. On check out morning we were still in our room dressing when the host opened our bedroom door using the code, two hours before check out time! The view was pretty though.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a tour of the property and helpful recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The property was clean and well maintained with a wonderful view of Lake Superior from the backyard. It was conveniently located near Munising Falls and the Sand Point Beach on the Pictured Rock National Park lakeshore. The bathrooms were clean and updated and the kitchen was fully functional. The property has two units, one of which we rented, in the basement of a home. The unit was spacious enough for 6 people (3 queen beds) to sleep with an additional two sofas if needed. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Our stay was magical. With the hosts being so friendly and considerate. It is close (driving) to downtown and so many hikes. It is no longer having breakfast due to COVID but the full kitchen was great. Very cozy and spacious with the most amazing view of Lake Superior

We loved that the property is right on the water. The sunsets were amazing! The property was beautiful, but the window screens and cranks need some repair as some windows were difficult to open.

This was a great B&B. The bedroom and connecting bathroom were really nice, roomy, and clean. Wade (owner) was very friendly, let us do a late check-in and still showed us around when we got there. The location is nice -- just slightly out of downtown. A simple/easy/short drive to the main area of town. We would absolutely stay here again.

My brother and I stayed during a weekend of photographing the Pictured Rocks area, and the stay couldnt have been better. Beautiful house with a great view in a perfect location for exploring the area. The hosts were very gracious and a joy to interact with.
