Impeccable ! Personnel très chaleureux, accueillant, arrangeant et professionnel. Nous sommes arrivés tard (22h/23h) avec un chien. Sans réservation. Le personnel nous a rassuré et trouvé une chambre parfaite. Prix correct pour la saison. Vue magique au réveil. Cadre magnifique. Et super petit déjeuner Merci pour tout. On reviendra !

Bewertung des zum Hotel Bad Murtensee gehörenden Beatch House. Das Beatch House bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf den Murtensee. Da kommt echtes Ferienfeeling unter Palmen auf. Die Getränke und Snackkarte ist gut sortiert. Insbesondere die Hausgemachten Ice Teas sind eine Empfehlung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Unsere beiden Hunde waren willkommen und wurden gleich mit Frischwasser versorgt. Das Beach Hous kann uneingeschränkt weiters empfohlen werden.

Très beau cadre, service moyen, cuisine très moyenne, petite portion de trois filets de perche au prix de 43 CHF Dommage le restaurant pratique des prix exagérés pour un rapport qualité prix exorbitant

Bel endroit au bord du lac : Hotel plein de charme avec encore beaucoup de potentiel, bonne cuisine, service attentionné, super "Beach House" les pieds dans l'eau (aussi pour aller juste boire un verre)

Wir haben den Ostersonntag-Nachmittag im Beach House verbracht und obwohl das Wetter nicht gerade warm war hatten wir einen mega tollen Nachmittag wir wurden gradios Bedient; der Service war einfach EINMALIG!!!!! Der Abend haben wir im Restaurant verbracht auch dort war der Service sehr herzlich und kompetent wir hatten also einen rundum tollen Ostersonntag!!! Wir Danken dem ganzen Team nochmals für Ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Zimmer Renovationsbedürftig. Alte braune Spannteppiche im Zimmer. Allgemein ist das Hotel lieblos eingerichtet. Frühstück sehr mager. Viel zu teuer.

Beau cadre, tranquillité, décoration soignée. Personnel très attentionné. Cuisine raffinée et prix un peu plus élevés qu un restaurant lambdas. Nous sommes repartis très contents , très bien servis . Nous reviendrons . La terrasse intérieure avec les arbres avait l air somptueuse.
