The hotel is managed by a new hospitality / management. Generally it is a nice stay. The kids love the swimming pool.

We've been staying in Quest (Crimson) every time there's an occasion but this is the first time we had some concerns. First, 1 out of 4 rooms we booked became available around 5pm. It was a hassle because 5 people were stuck in a room waiting for the availability, we wanted to rest but we couldn't because there was only 1 bed. Second, there are guests who play roughly in the pool and the life guards will just look at them. There are occasional whistles they do but it didn't work. A lot of kids just opt to swim in the adult part because the other guests were uncontrollable. Third, towels and bathrobes took hours before being delivered. One of our family members even slipped in the bathroom because there are no floor mats available after calling them numerous times.

Accessible location, with festival mall a stone throw away. Convenient

Same comfort and service before it changed it's name. Except for the buffet breakfast, I expected more. Received welcome dessert upon check in. I just have no clue why " congratulations" . Never made note that I'm attending an event. Sweet gesture.

Friendly staff, no deposit required, and excellent service... Everyone was so kind. The room was also in great condition.

I stayed at Quest Plus Conference Center Manila for one night. I previously stayed here when it was Crimson Hotel, so I chose it again for familiarity. I arrived early, and security was very helpful with my luggage, making check-in smooth. The staff at the front desk were polite and professional, and the self check-in kiosk was easy to use with their guidance. When our key cards didn’t work, a bellman named Josh quickly ran downstairs and fixed them. He was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is elegant, and the location is excellent right across from Festival Mall with a 7-Eleven just outside. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated with worn furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety and wasn’t crowded if you come early. Overall, Quest Plus is a convenient and reliable option in Alabang, with friendly staff, a great location, and a solid breakfast.

I am extremely disappointed with how Quest Plus Conference Center Manila handled my booking concern. I acknowledge that hotel policies exist; however, I believe exceptional situations should still be reviewed with fairness and reasonable consideration. My issue was not a simple cancellation or a change of travel plans. It was an honest date-selection mistake during booking. I intended to reserve July 3–4 but accidentally booked July 2–3. After realizing the error, I immediately made another reservation for the correct date and still continued my stay with the same hotel. The original reservation was not used, and no room or hotel services were consumed under that booking. Despite explaining the situation and requesting reconsideration, the hotel maintained its decision to charge the full amount without offering an alternative solution such as a partial refund, credit, or future stay option. While I respect business policies, I believe hospitality is also measured by how companies handle genuine guest mistakes and unusual circumstances. A more customer-centered resolution would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my impression of the hotel’s flexibility and approach to guest relations. I hope management will consider reviewing how similar cases are handled in the future, balancing policy enforcement with understanding and customer care.

Overall it was okay and there was not much to comment on this hotel, facilities not so sure as I didn't explore during my stay.

Other than location, nothing much to ralk about. Service has been poor. Check out very early today, but no one at front desk. No one to help. Mediocre...

The first room I checked in was flooded , second room seems a family who take care of disable member stayed in and finally I got into my third room The hotel is not new , in fact many things are quite old Front desk honestly not very friendly but I love the restaurant staff at night take care of dinner , breakfast there is a lady quite rude Common area considered new and renovated Oh ya gym staff is friendly even though gym stuff is old

Overall, the hotel was pretty good. The front desk is on the 8th floor and looks quite luxurious. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was really nice. There's a mall nearby, making it super convenient for food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town for business.

I booked a room for a business conference just five minutes away, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s incredibly accessible—just a quick 2-minute walk to the mall and close to everything you might need. The entire hotel is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made my stay even better. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat after a long day. The amenities were also amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations. For the quality and experience, the price is surprisingly affordable. I’m already planning to come back for Christmas, New Year, and any future business trips in the area. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

Good location. Walking distance to Festival mall. Lobby at 6 floor which is not very convenient.
